I’m Katie McLain — a wife, mom of three energetic daughters, and someone who finds beauty in the balance of adventure and everyday life. I grew up in sunny Fountain Valley, California, before moving to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for college. It was there, in a small-town diner, that I met my future husband, Jeff McLain. Since then, we’ve built a life together marked by faith, family, and countless adventures.
For over sixteen years, I was invested in the lives of children as an early childhood educator. Over the years, I have also gained valuable experience for my Résumé in customer service, leadership, relationship management, and administration. I hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Northampton Community College, where I was consistently on the Dean’s List and inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
These days, I’ve traded the classroom for the counter — proudly slinging hoagies as a Wawa deli professional, where I bring the same heart, hustle, and hospitality to every shift. Trust me, life doesn’t get any more East Coast than making hoagies for a living.
